We have two factories with prosperitivily name of Weaving Mill and Cutting Plant. The Weaving Mill is the center to produce corduroy grey cloth, which possesses a fixed asset of US$222,000. The workshop covers 3,300 square meters, equipped with 300 sets speedy rapier looms. There are 20 professional engineers among 150 staff.
The Cutting Plant is the downstream processing base of corduroy grey cloth, with possesses a fixed asset of US$2,200,000. The workshop covers 132,000 square meters, equipped with 25 sets imported fearnought machines, 2 sets collating cloth machines, 2 sets fabric dryers, and 3 sets gassing frames. There are 150 staffs in this factory, 20 of them are professional engineers and technicians.
The main corduroy products are ordinarily corduroy, stretchy weft corduroy, stretchy warp corduroy, double-thread resilient corduroy, pattern corduroy, T/C corduroy, pigment dyeing corduroy, R/C corduroy, printed corduroy, knot-dyeing corduroy, and marked device corduroy.
All of the product is mainly for export to Japan, the US, Korea and other countries and regions.
Besides that, we have considerable efficient and capable employees who are expertises in quality control and problem solving. Meantime, we introduced standard quality control systems.Regarding quality as the life and reputations, we are determined to turn out high-quality products. Throughout the manufacturing process, we are strictly carrying out international standards, such as American 4-point system, ITS, and SGS.
